Currently all furniture and art pieces are considered custom and are not returnable unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement item to be sent. Once an order is placed and payment is received these items are not returnable. Upholstery items may take up to 8 weeks to complete.
